Data protection
This data protection declaration is intended to inform users of this website about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator (hereinafter referred to as "site operator") or the provider, schwarzkünstler oHG, Alfred-Kubin-Weg 10, 50374 Erftstadt (hereinafter referred to as "site provider"), on this website.
The legal basis for data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). Definitions of the terms used (e.g. "personal data" or "processing") can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.
Basic information
The website operators do not collect any data from users of the website on their own initiative and do not use cookies (see below), evaluate user access or analyse user behaviour, e.g. through so-called web analysis programs. However, user data is automatically collected by the website provider (see point "Handling of personal data").
The decryption and retrieval of the alienated email addresses displayed on these web pages is carried out using Java script. No other scripts are executed.
Handling of personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number. However, data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites have been viewed by someone also count as personal data.
The website provider collects data about access to the website. The website provider specifies this:
What log files exist and what data is collected?
Access log files and error log files are stored on the server. These log files contain the IP address of the visitor, and therefore personal data. The following data is recorded there:
Visited website
Time at the time of access
Amount of data sent in bytes
Source/reference from which you reached the page
Browser used
Operating system used
IP address used
You can view the log files yourself. They are located in the /logs folder on your web space. The current data is stored in the access_log and error_log files. In future, the IP address will only be stored in anonymised form; the last octet will be zeroed.
The log files are collected and stored to maintain server operation and for statistical analysis.
What data is stored and processed on the server?
Apart from the log files, we do not store any other data.
This data is not analysed by the website operator. The site operators do not store any data. If the data is used by the site provider schwarzkünstler for purposes that require special mention under the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG), this is done without the consent of the site operator.
Making contact
When contacting the website operator (e.g. by email), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Integration of third-party services and content
The site operators endeavour not to integrate any third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, within this online offering, but it may occasionally happen that graphics from other websites are integrated. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") recognise the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavour to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as we are aware of this, we will inform users of this.
Cookies
No cookies are set by this website.
Cookies are small files that make it possible to store specific, device-related information on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.).
Revocation, changes, corrections and updates
The user has the right to request information free of charge about the personal data that has been stored about him/her. In addition, the user has the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete personal data, provided that this does not conflict with any legal obligation to retain data.
Exclusion of liability (disclaimer)

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general legislation. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking.
